Driving License
Anyone who wants to drive must obtain a driver's license. Missouri law requires that potential drivers under the age of 18, get a permit first. The permits have restrictions on when the teenager can drive and who they must drive with. The permits also allocate an amount of time that must be met before the next level of permit can be achieved.
Fishing License
All Branson area lakes require a fishing permit in order to fish. The two exceptions allowed are when fishing on private property with private hatcheries and Fishing Free Days. The permits must be carried at all times and available to be shown when requested. If ordered over the phone/web, the authorization code and ID must be kept on person.
If you are between the age of 16 and 65, you need a Missouri fishing license before you can legally catch fish. A license is also required for non-residents of Missouri over 65 years of age.

Business License
The city of Branson handles the licenses for businesses inside of Branson. Businesses must fill out the paperwork and pay the fees listed at the City of Branson web site.

Marriage License
Blood relatives, including first cousins may not marry. Also, must be a bond between a man and a woman of age. Of age is over 18 and does not require parental consent. Under 18 to over 16 must have parental consent to marry and the parent or legal guardian must provide proper documentation and must show up in person.
Boat License
Like a car, any boat that isn't propelled by paddles, needs to be registered. You are also not required to register a life boat that is used for the sole purpose of saving lives.
